The challenge when rendering hotels is to avoid repetition. The main typologies appear as level-by-level and room-by-room models. From material finishes and details to the furniture and fixed equipment, our key was to achieve different illustrations of similar interior spaces. Being a hotel in Miami, its design paid special attention to the visual permeability of its facades. They all look at the ocean, the horizon and the sky that seems to go on forever. The 4 images we produced show openness where natural light reigns; the views give order to the rooms and spaces while the interior design finishes the composition. The decks and terraces are achieved through the use of noble materials, resorting to the use of glass for the railings, the application of wood for the floors and added subtle movement to represent the Jacuzzis of each unit.
