Group
Although Marph focuses on high end architectural pictures, we are part of a group of companies that specialize in Real Estate communication and commercialization.
Architects, photographers, digital artists, realtors, and marketing experts work together under the same umbrella and company goals. Sharing our teams, administration and vision, gives us the chance to work in close quarters with our clients and set us apart from the competition by creating marketing campaigns that take every little detail into account and consider every single point of view.

Seba Martinez
Seba Martinez
Sebastián Martínez founded Marph Studio in 2014, just before becoming an architect after attending the School of Design, Architecture and Urbanism (UdelaR). He graduated with honors and received many awards from the Architecture MasterPrize competition held in New York City in 2016. More recently, he completed his diploma in real estate development which provides him with extra tools to lead companies and manage teams that offer architecture, communication and marketing services. In addition to his work at Marph, Sebastián also leads his own architecture and construction studio that he runs together with Marph. SM Architects carries out projects of different types and sizes under the same quality and service standards that make Marph a leader in its field.
Patrick Apolant
Patrick Apolant
Patrick Apolant has been a part of Marph for a few years now, leading many of its most important projects. He graduated as an architect in 2014 and manages Marph’s client accounts overseas, in Europe and the US. In addition to his responsibilities coordinating with our clients and managing our teams and our client’s projects, Patrick also takes part in business and marketing strategy, new business development and quality control. His experience as an architect and designer greatly enhance our visualization team towards more detail oriented products.
Majo Rodrigo

María José Rodrigo is an architect with more than 15 years leading and directing projects. She has worked at Marph since its beginnings, coordinating and managing our clients' accounts, ensuring that everything flows properly and simplifying all matters that have to do with the production and communication of each project we carry out for Latin America. In addition, she is in charge of managing the production team strategically, ensuring that we follow all our clients’ requests and quality control.
Maximiliano Martínez
Maximiliano Martínez
With a Master's degree in Documentary films from the Barcelona Film School, Maximiliano Martínez has more than 15 years of experience working in audiovisual media. In addition, he teaches at the Barcelona Film School and at the Catalonia Film and Television School. He is MARPH’s representative in Barcelona and through him we bring the company closer to our clients in Europe to provide an increasingly personalized service.

Martin Pereira
Martín Pereira is Creative Director for MARPH since 2018. With over eight years experience in visualization design, he is able to fully understand and communicate each project’s unique needs and each client’s original ideas. Martín oversees the creative process to ensure overall quality and aesthetic details meet all our expectations.
Alex Castagnet
Alex Castagnet
Alex Castagnet has over 20 years of architectural rendering experience. Since joining MARPH in 2022 as our Art Director, he has produced and managed several campaigns. With a degree in Architecture, his sense of design and art is further complemented by his ability to understand and follow contemporary style trends. His skills to interpret our client’s ideas and objectives help us improve day by day.
