To be able to renovate and expand the Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development (MADES), an office and administration building is designed. Its exposed brick facades and alternating windows dialogue with a sober interior with wide spaces and open work floors. It is linked to carefully designed gardens that also include parking lots. The final illustrations tried to show these and other aspects. A daytime exterior image shows the complex at a pedestrian level with its interior essence seeping into the gardens and main entrance in an evening representation with dim but well-defined natural light. Two renderings show the interior spaces of the offices and free floors where simple and warm materials are combined with natural and artificial lighting that highlight a simple, comfortable and comprehensive work environment. People added in different positions round everything up to convey an image of a public, open and harmonic project.
