On a concrete base flanked by public trees, the building is 7 levels tall and includes a rooftop of common use by its tenants. The base stands out on the street corner and its windows open it towards the sidewalk and street of the district of Santísima Trinidad. The production work of the images took into account the relationship of its facade materials with the cobblestone of the streets and the evening light and shadows highlight the building’s look. The exterior images are composed of ocher toned materials that integrate the project and its surroundings, while the illustrations of the interior spaces and amenities reflect a careful treatment of natural and artificial lighting that communicate warm and active living areas.
