In the Punta Gorda neighborhood, in Montevideo, Uruguay, a sophisticated design of 4 exclusive residences with 3 and 4 bedrooms opens up to the sea, with magnificent panoramic views of the best sunsets of the city. Large glass surfaces, imposing terraces over the sea and generous spaces full of light, make each space unique and elegant. This was the concept that our team had to develop as a strong idea for the production of three interior images and one exterior image. The windows and light were treated as an intangible limit, thus, the reflections and refractions, the colors and materials, the furniture and the surfaces, were worked with special attention to their interaction with the horizon, the sea and the trees that frame the exterior landscape. The work for the render that illustrates the facade of the building focused on showing the interior and after the use of filters and contrasts, it was possible to communicate not only the facade but also a moment in the life of each one of the project’s apartments.
